• Real Boise Technical Strength Program . We are making it available to all soccer clubs. We will also provide a free 3 hours training course to all clubs interested. Let's make all soccer players faster and more agile! This is one of the ways Real Boise Soccer Club wants to give back to The Game!

REGISTRATION FORMS FOR PLAYERS/PARENTS & TEAM MANAGERS

    1. PLAYER APPAREL (for parents)

• (1.1) Lotto Uniform Packages
•  U10-U19 Uniforms order sheet  (fill and e-mail to your team manager)
• See uniforms here
• Youth Academy Uniforms order sheet (fill and e-mail to your team manager)


• (1.2) Optional Apparel (warm ups, back-packs, coats, boots, balls, training apparel etc)
• Real Boise Store Catalog (mark items, print & give to team manager)
• Alternatively, please fill this order sheet and e-mail to your team manager.

• (2.1) Provide your team manager with a copy of player's birth certificate

• (2.2) Player Registration and Commitment Form

• (2.3) Medical Release Form

• (2.4) Financial Documents
• Financial Agreements Forms (ask your team manager which one if in doubt):
• Level A Training Financial Agreement Form OR
• Level B Training Financial Agreement Form OR
• Level C Training Financial Agreement Form  OR
• Youth Academy Financial Agreement Form

• (2.5) Real Boise Financial Aid Information and Scholarship Application

    3. COACHES/MANAGERS/VOLUNTEERS REGISTRATION, ADDING NEW PLAYERS TO EXISTING ROSTERS, and TRANSFERRING PLAYERS (for team managers)

• (3.1) Coach/Manager/Volunteer Add/Release Form (VRD)

• (3.2) Player Add/Drop Form (to add or drop players to or from an existing roster)

• (3.3) Player Transfer Form (external or internal)
